Cherry Art School Acrylics Course for Beginners is led by Julia, an experienced teacher and a prominent artist. Julia's advanced techniques and engaging style make acrylic painting accessible to anyone who wants to get started with this popular medium, explore colour and texture, and try out different artistic tools.
In this course, you will learn the foundations of working with acrylic paint in the simplest and most effective way.
The course covers setup and materials, colour mixing and pigment choice, brush-handling and palette-knife techniques. You will learn secrets of easy drawing for painting, composition, perspective, light and shade, colour in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
This Art Course for adults is specifically designed for beginners with focus on drawing skills and painting in acrylics.
The course also provides an excellent foundation for all other art mediums which can be explored later in subsequent art courses and workshops for adults.
✅ Small class size allows the teacher to provide students with expert guidance along the way.

Please bring the following:
Canvas no smaller than 30x40 cm, or a square format of similar size if desired (you will need 2–3 pcs for this course)
Acrylic Pad A4 (not less than 300 gsm)
Some soft rags or paper towels
Notebook
Pencil
Eraser
Apron
Starter set of acrylic paints or any acrylic paints you may have

⚠️ Payments are non-refundable when booking art courses. Your booking is not confirmed until full of first-half payment has been received.
⚠️ We understand that plans change, and there are times when you need to cancel. If you wish to cancel, please give us at least one week notice, and Cherry Art School will be pleased to put your payment towards a new booking.
